| It was hot this morning but I am grateful for the cloud cover so at least the sun wasn't beating down on me. Had to stop at Dutchman's to use the bathroom and fill up my water bottle. | It was so humid this morning. I went to the track and did mile repeats. Did 4 of them with a lap recovery. They weren't as fast as I had wanted but the track was busy with cross country, soccer players on the field and other runners. Next week I'll have to get up early so I can run before everyone arrives. 1 repeat 7:12 2- 7:13 3- 7:20 4- 7:08 mile warm-up and 2.50 mile cool down. | Comments(1) |

| I went to the track this morning and did mile repeats. I started with 2 mile warm-up. My body felt stiff and didn't want to work right. My first mile was a little slower but still okay. Some slower people came to the track during my second and third mile. It is really annoying when they clog up the first two lanes on the track although they did push me. I kept trying to see how many times I could lap them. 2 1/2 mile cool down.
1st mile 7:20 2nd 7:04 3rd 7:12 4th 6:58 (yippee) 400 meter recovery.

It felt very warm this morning. I wish it would start cooling down! Ran around Ivins. Backtracked a little to the park so I could get another drink. Started out great. Slowed down in the middle then had a great finish. Came home and got my girls out of bed told them to get dressed, make bed and brush their hair. | Did 8 miles this morning on my treadmill. two warm up miles. then 4 one mile repeats @ 7:13 with a quarter lap in between. A mile and a quarter cool down. This afternoon while I was waiting for my daughter to finish dance I did another 3 miles.
